I never played the Galspan arc.

If only there was a way to cheat-open the supergate back to wherever the main character came from. I wanted him to go back!!!

I don't remember doing the Galspan missions being this hard, Bora certainly is the more interesting side though.

As for bugs, it's stopped crashing since I put the patch on, but there's a weird one that happens now and again where my ship will inexplicibly turn 180 degrees instantly. Lolling at that.

Also the mission I was just on where I decided to give it a rest for today, is one where Bora go to attack a Galspan station with thier new armageddon laser toy (cliche name alert) and I exploded for no reason, no one was firing and I wasn't near anything. Very weird.

There's only one .pak extractor program, and it hasa very clunky interface.... 1200 *more* clicks!

I dunno whehter they use the same compression as Half-Life 1, but run a search for Pak expllorer or look at www.planethalflife.com for pak tools. The interface is easy.
