Replace anti-capships beams with BFReds
Replace all pulse turrets with HTLs from Acclamator class troop ships (SW)
Add several unidirectional phasers on either side of the hull. (ST)
Defense mods:
Give phase-cloak (ST)
Add ISD particle/ray shielding (that stuff is rated at the TT levels right?)
Add ST bubble shields for the hell of it
Double the amount of flak turrets
Power:
Add a Hypermatter reactor to augment the current power plant(SW)
STL engines:
Replace main engines with WC capship engines
FTL:
Hyperspace (SW)
Warp for tactical uses (ST)
Slipstream (Andrommy)
Sensor suites:
ST sensor package
On board craft:
Full wings of Erinyes, Ares, Perseus, Artemis D.H., and Ursa fighters.
Said Fighters' engines have been replaced with WC fighter engines.
5 Venture class scouts (ST)
10 Type 9 shuttles (ST)
1 Millennium Falcon for good measure (SW)
Misc:
Replicators and holodecks throughout the ship.
Paint job:
The same but with "I brake for nothing" painted above the engines, and "Armageddon" on each flank.
