little secondary HD proplem

for some reason my second HD is corrupted (when i trying open it warning message comes and it say this HD is corrupted(E)

any help?

Er... maybe the drive is corrupted? Perhaps? Best take it to a computer shop to get some testing done on it :nod:

yeah i did take it to shop and in 2th HD there were too many proplems so i did buy new one 80GB( now i got160 and 80GB)

Is it just me, or have there been a lot of problems with peoples computers lately?

Gloriano, be glad you can even see your 2nd HDD.

On my PC, it's listed in the device manager listing, but not at all in my computer. :p

on subject, have you downloaded a diagnostic for the HDD? check the website of the manufacturer, they should have a download for a kit.


it could just be the MBR needs to be formatted.
