I JUST got a hold of ZETA and really confused. Axis was destroyed in Char's counter Attack (split in two and in Earth orbit). But in Zeta it is moved from it;s original position to ram the TITAN's fortress???

I prefer Char, but it seems the timeline is split as both "Axis" cannot be the same and Char is Amuro's ally in the future where Axis still exists??? Which one is the "official" one and which one is the alternate universe one?

Incidentally I have F-91, but it only has Chinese subtitles. Too damn confusing. Follows the formula though, Feddies act like a-holes, threaten kids, one of them gets in a Gundam and all hell breaks loose...  Mecha and ships look GOOD!

I don't care what you guys do with Gundam, just as long as you don't make an "SD Gundam" mod for Freespace! Horrible, HORRIBLE show that is. And the 3D modeling is bad too, with pieces of things going through each other.

Char's Counterattack (UC 0093) happens six years after Zeta (US 0087).  That solves all your continuity problems, there is no alternate universe in this case.
