If I like it I will send an admission request... I want to play a warrior race... That way while you 'techies' are lock in some white germ free enviroment (Ugh) I will be leading forces into battle to protect the empire....

I'm sure some guy in the council would volunteer to be allowed to have techs stolen from him, so you don't have to research :p

Of course, some techs have to be researched first before you can steal others' techs...

Hmm, you can steal from me... I have quite a lot of techs, about all lvl3 techs and some lvl4 ones.

You wil loose the tech, as far as i understood from Tiara you coulcn't research them again.
