I never had FS1, so I don't know the ships, but this looks a bit like the Jotun to me...

I believe those FS1 shots are from a Beta version or something. In the retail FS1 version, there are the following changes:

- no planets (aww, man!)
- monitor list wasn't spaced between targets
- wingmen monitor has labels
- no numbers in the directives to count targets (other than when targets are counted to be destroyed)

Basically, the retail FS1 hud looks just like the FS2 hud.

I remember that mission though. That mission was in the retail FS1 campaign.

yeah, at the very begining of the freespace project, shivan were green, but that was changed really early in the game development.

Well, I know that.  I was saying shivan ships were originally in those colours.
