Now, As many of you may have heard, Foxfire will be getting a keenspace Site soon, now, there's only one hitch....

I can't make webpages to save my life...
and Blue lion is a tad busy and may not have the time to make one...

So i'm asking any of you with Reasonable website creation skills (using tools from dreamweaver to notepad) to make a decent website for it....

There's only a couple of restrictions... it's gotta load reasonably quick..and no flash or shockwave or embedded MIDI's they irritate more than anything else...

now, i'll leave the overall design up to you.... me and Blue lion will decide on the winner...

now the prizes... well, ain't much really..

you get a choice from:
(naturally you'll get kudos from the website design)

1) a cameo in foxfire...(human only-gaurenteed one panel.. may be in more than one... depends on angle..and nothing outlandish)
2) an Exclusive Sketch and Ink by me done with a character of thier design (just like the HLP-RPG.... those i've already drawn... aren't obliged to take this choice... they can still enter however, and if they impress, this choice is open...)

I'd give it a go, but my website skills are almost non-existent. If you want a really bloody awful site, then come to me, but I'm sure somebody with some talent in this area will be able to put something together for you.

This is probably not exactly what you're looking for, but I think it looks good, a bit design-ish. Elegant or boring, your choice. Aside from the fact that I made it, I think it look good, but its really your call. Oh and, the red is a bit off, its not pinkish in Photoshop.

Take 3. Your comics have sort of an unusual size. Aswell, how often would you intend to post new comics? Should they been on the main page, incase they are updated often, or on a seperate page, and leave the main page open for news posts?

as for the news posts... well,  newsposts would possibly be updated regularly.. with each comic,... Possibly the newsposts being on a separate or the main page..

usually updated weekly...

I can give it a go if you want. I usually do a centre-table design, see here. That one is designed to go all the way down to 640x480, but of course with your comics at 720 wide I could design to 800x600 instead.
If small pagesize is your requirement - to load the main page and all related images on that example is 11kb. To load the whole website at once it'd be in the 65kb-region ish. 56k-friendly ^_^
Although to be honest, Rictor has my style sorted, so mine may not look all that different!

give it a go... bear in mind however, that most people have thier monitor res at 1024X768 these days...

mine's at 1280x1024 but that's a moot point..

anyway Odyssey... give it your best... i'd like to see what you come up with..
