do not torment the sleep deprived artist, he may be vicious when cornered,
in case of emergency, administer caffeine to the artist,
he will become docile after that,
and less likely to stab you in the eye with a mechanical pencil

But still, there's one link, when I click on it, the one under it disappears, dunno why :doubt: ( someone mind having a look? first link in my siggy, when you click on "projet: Oleon Wars", the whole "projet: OuterSpace" set disappears, pisses me off ).

That would be because your visited links color and background color are the same. Change one or the other.

Or you're doing something wierd with layers, in which case don't. They're the quickest way to turn a webpage into an unholy mess if you're not really good at page design and HTML, and they're unnecessary in, well, basically every case.

Dunno, I'm using the template my bro quickly wrote for me ages ago, and I cut/paste mostly :p
Decided to update the thing this afternoon, and bingo! something doesn't work, of course.
But no, the colors aren't the same.

It appears, if I'm looking at the right page, like the layers one. Don't have any problem seeing the links, but stop doing that anyway. Layers are bad, just have a static site, man.

I'd really have to look at the source to see what's up there, and what with the frames I can't without dicking around more than I care to (frames suck). But basically just leave all the categories exploded and you won't have any problems there.

Your problem, then.

Not like it takes any more than ten minutes to sling some text and hyperlinks together, but then again, it's been about three years and only now am I bothering to update my site...

Yeah, like Stryke, the page and links show up fine for me. Just stick with a nice simple static page. ;)

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

Ugh. Marquee and (especially) blink tags are the work of the Devil, which just goes to show- doesn't matter whether Microsoft or anybody else is running everything or not, there is now and always will be a monopoly on software by the forces of evil.

Layers at least have the saving grace of not looking hideous even when they work like they're supposed to, and they replace Flash in a function Flash is used by idiots far too much for. They're still horrible, but text effects are in a whole other league.

Wash: This landing's gonna get pretty interesting.
Mal: Define "interesting".
Wash: *shrug* "Oh God, oh God, we're all gonna die"?
Mal: This is the captain. We have a little problem with our entry sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulence and then... explode.

Take a look at the memberlist, dude. That and the "line" are about the same, I'd say.

On a quasi-related note, this is the sort of thing that happens when I've got a long, boring paper due and it's too late to do anything else.

A hearty :wtf: to you, sir.

Despite him being thoroughly strange, though, he's still decently drawn, so .
