I'm not a big fan of linking to tga formatted images myself.  The model is interesting, even if it does scream "I am a bunch of intersecting spheres".  Would look even better with a cockpit

Get yourself a copy of anything from series 1 to 6 immediately then as soon as possible. Series 7 & 8 although mildly amusing were nowhere near as good.

Heh, glad someone recognised it.
and yeah, i have got too much time on my hands (illness) and it is a bunch of seperate objects. It's still in the early stages, lacking detail, checking for the usual errors etc.

it's a TGA link 'cos i know nothing about uploading so I'm just using what I have.

Starbug first appears in series3 BTW. The DVD has some funky development plans and pictures. Season 5 (6?) was the last decent series (where they all "died" a the end)
If it works out, I may try Blue Midget and a few others too.

what should i use texture wise ?
and is it worth upgrading to TS5.2 ? ($99 last time I checked)
