I might as well have made a model from scratch considering how much of a pain in the butt it was to port the poser character
The clothing is mine, I saw some stuff on Renderosity and didn't want to pay the cash so I did as good of an "inspired work" as I could off of the product photos with a few tweaks. (Sure pirating would be easier, but I've never gotten one of those filesharing programs to work right) I'm not the world's best modeler so it means that they don't have any fancy morphs or cloth simulation though, so that's why it looks pretty rigid.
I'm pretty happy with the way the procedural textures turned out though.
The baret and rifle are an experiment using primitives to form the shapes.
But hey, I'm slowly but surely getting better at modeling, eventually I can scrap the cheesy poser figures
