Most of the whores are in 9th grade, but yes, and I mean yes there are whores everywhere in a small community like wagoner.
I'm in 9th grade and still have awhile to go till prom, it's going to be...umm...said to much:D

I skipped my junior prom. I was too busy playing some video game.

I also skipped my senior prom, but that's because I was out on a date with a girl from another school. My school didn't let you bring dates from other schools. Given the choice between an evening with my girlfriend and an evening with a bunch of people I wouldn't piss on if they were on fire, I think I picked the right course of action.

I guess I had a totall different experience and probably a non-American one because the "prom" is such a big deal it seems like.  Either you are totally into the prom experience or totally out.

Up here we just called it Graduation, we rented out a nice small convention/dinner place, decorated it, all 150 of the graduating class and whoever else came...we ate, we talked, we danced, we had a good time, and then I went home.  Some had dates, some didn't...few seemed to care either way.  I went with about 10 other friends...we took two cars there.  It was a fine time.

But it wasn't some big giant huge deal.

I still think people should goto these things but if the conditions are adverse and its not going to be pleasant at all then I suppose not.  Gotta try and get out and do these things from time to time...often I find it worth it.

My "prom" was spaced out over 5 days.
The first day was on a Saturday. We rented 3 busses and went to a beach. Let me tell you, the scantily clad hottie classmates + the North Atlantic... well... .most of the guys were sitting down. The second day we went to a dinner theater. The third we went to CFB Greenwood (A Canadian Air Force Base) and took over their rec facilites for a few hours. The fouth was Grad practice. Why we have to practice walking up on a stage, shaking someones hand, and walking off, is beyond me. Fifth was the actual Graduation/Prom. Get out diplomas in the morning. Prom at night. Unofficial Grad Party after that. I woke up in a ditch.

I didnt go to Prom but I went to Homecoming my senior year, which was pretty fun, no one got plastered though.  The extent of the alcohol consumption consisted of dipping into one of the guys's parents secret stash of wine.  yeh it was pah-thetic.

I went to both my schools "proms" (Though it's called a School Ball or School Formal over here). Didn;t take a chick to either, had an awesome time at both, and at the after ball  parties, err... afterwards. In fact, I'd say the afters were even more fun, though the whole experience of jumping around to metal music in a Tux is something I'm glad I didn't miss

we have school party's once a year for the entire school, and once again once a year for the studying year. i stopped going about two years ago. the music is so loud you can only talk in sign language or by  shouting in someones ear like a boot camp sarge. and it is so loud it makes my head hurt, littereally. and they only play the worst pop, and then distort it by turning the extreme bass and extreme trebble up, but leaving the melody, as far as there is one, out.

as for booze, i'm in the first year where they would even have alcohol there, and generally, i have no need to be near about a 100 or more rich kids getting near alcohol without parents near, some for the first time.

You could hollow-out part of one of the casts on the calf and put some battery-packs in there, then run some wires up to a pair of hollows on the inner side of each thigh. Then fit the secondary holes with some kind of off-balance motor.

That'd solve your problem. Though if you miscalculated the wattage you'd end up not being able to walk for an extra few weeks. It'd be worth it though .


Anyway: I skipped my prom. They tried to charge us £20 and I'd've needed a tux and a limo and a hooker and it ended up being too much hassle and cost for too little a reward.

The 12th grade prom was this april. I went. I had fun. I saw all my teachers get drunk, and dance like crazy maniacs. I also saw a professional cancan show, and one of the girls getting it on with out IT teacher.

Needless to say I had fun. Might even post some pictures sometime.
