Dunno. They got the model from Ragingloli. I know they also have his Typhon. With those two, the HTL Sath in progress (two of them!), and mjn.mixael's new briefing animations, the 3.7 mediavps will be made of pure epic.

Cave asteroid.
Cut one side open.
Put Iceni in.
Merge the cut side with the rest of the rock by hot laser/plasma whatever.

I don't undesteand why, but I was feeling happy when I read this. .
So... that's probably asteroid empty inside. NTF removed one of the walls and put Iceni into, after that they builded base. Removed part of asteroid are probably bottom of the model, where is has that strange glowing things [maybe engines ].

It seems that they indeed are engines.
Also, maybe Iceni was built inside that asteroid, this would be the perfect way to hide it from GTVA.
