i know a couple... obviously not as many as you, but then again, you do live in California.  the mexicans i know all drive cadillacs, true, but i have yet to see a mexican driving a STOCK cadillac (stock being the key word there)... i dunno, i guess california mexicans are different to texas mexicans.

Oh well... let's see...Driving Lesson. I need minimum 10 to get my licence but they are VERY expensive around here (up to 100€/hour).  That was for presents by others. NOW up to what I bought MYSELF for christmas.... the James Bond DVD box, a new Palm (i had to replace it eventough it was three months old only...), a pair of shoes, a beige leather Jacket (a pretty cool one) and least but not last a weekend Skiing : since I started University three years ago (final year now) I haven't been able to do any Winter Sport and as I'm practically born with Skis, I was starting to get a little nervous. What a relief it was

Ahh. In Texas, there's loads of GT's on the road, but here in NY, there's all of 5 that I've seen in my 1.5 years here. And passion red is sooo hot.

VR-4's are sweet. They were even better in Japan, where they had the rear spoiler moving to a different angle at 55+mph along with the front air dam (Which moves on the USDM models) But they also came with a feature for the exhaust to be 'silenced' for daily driving, or to have a sport mode where the exhaust canister would be wide open until 3k rpm for maximum noise.

Add that to the fact that they had a TT-MR version in Japan, and that makes for a very jealous Raa.

yeah, i've heard that... figures we'd always get the gimped version.  same thing with the Suburu WRX :-/

how did you know there's so many GTs on the road here?  it's no joke, there's tons.  it's hard to go anywhere without seeing one in the parking lot.  most are just regular coupes though, you rarely see the VR4s, SLs, etc. etc. etc.

It was an assumption based on how many Supras and 3000GT's I've seen being auctioned or sold on autotrader.com that were all in Texas.

That and Mitsubishi made a killing in the south in the 90's. There was a dealership in Spring Hill, Florida that held the bragging rights to the largest volume mitsu dealer in the country... And Spring Hill is a little nothing place in the middle of nowhere.

Toyota's going to be selling a v-10 car called the 444F soon. It'll be ~150,000.00. of people are mistaking it for the new Supra, but the Supra will only be relaunched if the new MR2's (which are going to be hybrids) are a success.
