The trailer for this was fricken CRAZY.
You watch the main character pull a little girl from a vent and starts to juggle a wrench when all of a sudden a big hulking "protector" appears and lays the smackdown on the character. After beating the main guy up, he powers up a drill and the player character USES HIS HAND TO STOP THE DRILL. Then he uses some gene powerup thing to fight off the monster. After resting for a second, he screams in pain and looks down to see a drill portruding from his chest with blood dripping onto the floor.
