My PC doesn't have a DVD burner (pathetic, isn't it?).
Is there a way that I can use some sort of freeware to mount them as a virtual drive for the install?
I assume that I'll be able to unpack them and then re-package in CD friendly chunks with 7zip or Win RAR.
Looks like nice work, hope I'll be able to use it.
@Depth Charge - This installs the whole game, you shouldn't need anything else.
OK, now as far as the copywrite, I'm confused now, because, if the IP is under copywrite then what about the links all over these forums for downloading the FS2 CDs which would seem to in violation of the said copywrite.
Sorry, not trying to cause trouble but this quite confusing to me. Either you have right to distribute or you don't but this all seems to be a grey area.
BTW - Has anyone completed the downloads and tried out the disk yet?

Hey its all cool. i install teh 3 disk game before i d/l teh dvd version incase something goes wrong. but now i got a problem with the win rar file, since i don't know which file program to use, since my laptop is brand new.
Daemon Tools does a nice job. Yes, it's free.

Just unpack the image file, install Daemon Tools, load the image file, and go!
CAUTION:BTW, you have to disable your system debugger for Daemon Tools to install correctly. Right-click on "My Computer" hit "Properties", go to the "Advanced" tab, then under the "Startup and Recovery" section on the bottom hit "Settings". On the bottom of the Startup and Recovery dialog box, set "Write Debugging Information" to "(none)". Hit "OK", then hit "OK" again, to close both dialog boxes.
If you don't follow this, then you'll be following it in Safe Mode. (I know from experience.)
To get into Safe Mode, you hit the F8 key repeatedly while starting the computer, until XP starts loading, and catches your message. Then select "Safe Mode" and hit Enter.
