i needed some space to put things in the back... especially when the wife and i go on camping trips.. 2.5 cubic meters of storage with the back seats down (about .9 m^3 with them up)

Hauling stuff around usually gets best done in a pickup truck or station wagon.  I liked my old Dakota just for that very reason...not bad mileage and it got the job done.

Lots of people like the Focus as its apparently pretty good in the handling department despite having a relatively simplistic suspension system.  In other words pretty good performance for the money.  The 2.0 and 2.3 liter engines are both sourced from the Mazda MZR engine...I know Ford builds their own and its tuned a bit differently and no VVT...not high performance but gets people around anyways.  Enjoy the new ride!

if you want high preformance get a Zonda s cuz the only place your gonna drive it faster than 50 KPH is either the highway (110 KPH) or a race track (unless you live in zee germany)
