It's pretty close for a low ebb.
I suppose for me when I'm on a low ebb, it's like I remember that 'Hope' and 'Trust' are nothing more than words we use as an excuse to not give up. You can't find them on the periodic chart because they do not physically exist.
Sometimes it's really hard to deal with, as you seem to be finding it right now, other times it's not so bad. It depends as much on external influences as internal ones.
Just try to remember that, whilst you'll never shake it completely, you can do things to reduce the situation, phsychiatrists don't hold all the answers, much of it is up to you, and it's never easy, but getting out early is never the answer. If you can't cling onto hope, then cling onto vindication, I find it a great motivator at times.
