Topcities is worse then geocities, not only does it have that stupid htaccess script that prevents outside image access, but its slow as hell

I'm not a big fan of topcities either, but it does offer easy file uploading.  Hopefully I'll eventually be hosted by HLP, so this is just temporary.  I'm considering moving the site, but for now topcities is working ok.  If you have any suggestions on good and easy places(im a complete newbie to website creating) to put my site, please tell me and I'll appreciate it!  

Right now I'm working on getting a better web page creater then word.  I'd do my own html, but I know nothing of the code and it would probably take me too much time then I want to take to learn it.
