Well as we all know this Campaign is the story before the Galactic Terran Alliance Formed..... Here is a Question to all of you.


Well 3 really its like a quiz.

1. The UNE is the UN. But what about all of the Nations of Earth...Did they ban together or something?

2. What Pissed off the PRM?

3. Am I a Dick?

UNE =/= UN. The UN is a loose governing body, the UNE is a coherent government, controlling the whole planet.

They want more. Everyone wants power.

Maybe.

Though the UNE could easily have evolved from the UN (as in, countries giving up power to the UN so that they could stand on better term with, say the PRM).

I don't think the UNE is the U.N.  I think the U.N. dissolved and was replaced by the UNE, which I think is a sort of confederacy of the various Earth nations to give Earth the unity it needs to have proper diplomatic relations with the other Terran governments.

THis probably happened, but I'm trying to clarify that they are two very different entities.

Well the UNE could be the Central Goverment of all of Sol's Colonys which could of pissed the PRM off  :hopping:

The concept for the UNE was simply an evolution of the UN as humanity began colonizing the solar system.  The various factions (Lunar Republic, PRM, etc) were in defacto existance right up until intrasystem subspace (NOT NODES) was discovered, at which point the UNE tried to enforce their policies on everyone.  They didn't like it.

By the time the Unification War occurs, there has been several wars not just against the UNE but amongst the other factions as well.  In the campaign, the Lunar Republic and PRM (People's Republic of Mars) are feuding and this spirals out of control and drags the other factions in resulting in the U-War.

True, True, TRUE  :P. But the UNE Devolped the First Destroyer Sooner in history.......All other infomation is known to be classified to the public..... :mad: which does piss the public off.....I think  :pimp:  :headz: :warp:
