It looks like the KDE Plastik set, possibly with some of the styling of the standard GNOME "Clearlooks" set woven in.

when i built my gen 1 AMD 64 i put a floppy in because even 5/6 years ago they were still useful in modern systems for emergency boot-up and setting up peer-to-peer internet, though the drive hasn't worked for about 4 years now lol

this is done in xfce, so its still fast, unlike gnome, but looks great.

It looks somewhat strange, presumably because of an angle between fuselage and trailing edge of the wing (it's about 70 degrees, when it's about 40 degrees in Su-47, for example)
