Its a wallpaper from a HW2 mod called REARM, there's also another wallpaper from them that's equally awesome and shows another type of Vaygr battlecruiser.

Yes, it's a cut-and-paste job I made from a document (mostly written in Japanese) that details the Herc Mk.2 and Ares in the style of an aircraft profile. Someone posted the cover art (see below) for it a long time ago on the forums. The original link to Ryu-Akt's old webpage isn't working anymore but I have the document saved as a PDF file if anyone would like a copy - just PM me. I should probably host it somewhere.
