Cluttered, but I always kick myself later on when I get rid of icons since I actually do make use of nearly all of these:

My Start Menu is an abomination in comparison, but I'm considering just making folders to put icons in.

I used to have my icons down to a low number but I dunno what happens.. I just end up having a bunch, then end up kicking myself later on after I delete any because for some stupid reason I end up having to use a program JUST AFTER I go about deleting its icons..

My first thought was actually Ghost in the Shell, because the first two Deus Ex's art direction wasn't actually that cyberpunk even if the storytelling was.

True enough, Human Revolution on the other hand has really seems to have embraced more of an updated Blade Runner look with a heavy emphasis on a gold and dark brown colour pallet.
