Hi there, I've been going over my laptop and I found an old Node map I made, back when I was thinking of making a mod of my own, it is meant to represent future GTVA space (around 20-40 years after Freespace 2).
The way I see it the GTVA continues to expend, creating Knossos portals, first to restore contact with Earth and then to stabilize a jump node connecting Ribos with Adhara to make up for the loss of the connecting Capella jump nodes, before using them to continue exploring the galaxy, their design being tweaked to include a meson bomb launcher (that shoots meson bombs with subspace drives into the node) that would be used to collapse the node should Shivans be found on the other side.
